INAGRO

Privacy policy

Last updated 12 October 2026.

This policy explains how TRG Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number [company number]), whose registered office is at [registered office address] (“we”) uses personal data when you visit our website or use INAGRO as a business customer or a member of a customer’s staff. We are the controller of this data.

If you are a client of a business that uses INAGRO (for example you booked a job or received a text), that business decides how your data is used and is responsible for it; we process it on their behalf. Please contact that business directly, or contact us and we’ll pass your request on.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us run INAGRO, under contracts that protect your data: hosting and database providers, payment providers, text message and WhatsApp providers, email providers and AI model providers (for the AI receptionist). We don’t sell personal data. We may disclose data if the law requires it.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or addendum, or adequacy regulations.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is open. When a business deletes its account, its data is deleted straight away, except for our invoices to that business, which we keep for six years for tax purposes. Copies in backups are removed as those backups are replaced in the normal backup cycle.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Business owners can download all their account data from the Billing page. To make a request, email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), though we’d appreciate the chance to help first.

Security

Each business’s data is kept separate at the database level, key-safe and alarm codes are encrypted, passwords are hashed, and every action is logged.

Changes

We’ll post any changes here and, if they’re significant, tell account holders by email.
