Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between TRG Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number [company number]), whose registered office is at [registered office address] (“we”, “us”) and the business that signs up to use INAGRO (“you”). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your business. INAGRO is for businesses, not consumers.
1. The service
INAGRO is online software that helps trade and service businesses (such as cleaners, plumbers, electricians and gardeners) manage enquiries, bookings, scheduling, staff, client messages, quotes, invoices, payments and bookkeeping records. We may improve and change the service over time. If we remove a major feature you rely on, we’ll tell you in advance.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You’re responsible for what happens under your account and your staff accounts.
- You decide who in your business has access and at what level (owner, office admin or a member of staff doing the work).
- You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your business.
3. Subscription and payment
- You choose a monthly plan. A payment card is required to start. Your first month is free; after that your card is charged the plan price at the start of each monthly period, in advance.
- Prices are shown on our website and in the app. If we change the price of your plan we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email, and the new price applies from your next payment after that.
- You can change plan at any time. The new plan’s price applies from your next payment. Plans may limit how many people can use INAGRO and which features are included.
- If a payment fails we’ll retry it and let you know. If it’s still unpaid after 7 days your account becomes read-only until payment is made: you can still see and export your data.
- Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or these terms say so.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Your account keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then becomes read-only. You can download your data at any time and permanently delete your account from the Billing page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, fail to pay, or put the service or others at risk; where reasonable we’ll warn you first.
5. Your data and your clients’ data
- You own the data you put into INAGRO. You give us permission to use it only to provide, secure and support the service for you.
- For personal data about your clients and staff, you are the controller and we are your processor. Our data processing agreement forms part of these terms.
- Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data about you and your staff as our customer.
6. Your responsibilities
- You must have a lawful basis for the personal data you add, and permission (where the law requires it) before sending marketing messages. INAGRO honours STOP requests automatically, but you remain responsible for your messages.
- You are responsible for your prices, your services, your contracts with your clients, and your tax, VAT, payroll (PAYE) and employment obligations. INAGRO helps with records and calculations but is not accounting, tax, legal or payroll advice.
- Don’t use INAGRO to send spam, break the law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to access other businesses’ data or disrupt the service.
7. The AI receptionist and automation
INAGRO uses artificial intelligence to reply to your clients’ messages within the rules and prices you set, and tells clients they are talking to an AI. Automated replies and suggestions can occasionally be wrong. You should review the “needs you” list and conversations regularly, and you remain responsible for the commitments made to your clients.
8. Third-party services
Some features rely on other providers, such as text message and WhatsApp providers, card and Direct Debit payment providers, and AI model providers. Their own terms may apply to you, and messaging or payment charges may be passed on. We aren’t responsible for services we don’t control, but we choose them carefully.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep INAGRO available and your data backed up, but we don’t promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Contact us at [email protected] for help.
10. Liability
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can’t be limited by law.
- We aren’t liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings, or for indirect or consequential loss.
- Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For significant changes we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email or in the app. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before they take effect.
12. General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. You can’t transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it to a company that takes over the service, and we’ll tell you if that happens.
