Your first month is free. A card is needed to start. Prices exclude VAT. Text message and WhatsApp charges from the messaging provider may apply as you grow.
Questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. INAGRO runs in your web browser on a computer or phone. On a team, your pet carers use the same address on their phones and only see their own work.
What happens after the free month?
Your card is charged for your plan each month from then on. The app shows you when your free month ends. Cancel before the free month ends and you won’t pay anything.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from the Billing page. Your account stays fully working until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
What if I use up my AI replies?
You’ll get a heads-up on your Home screen at 80%. If they run out, client messages come to you to answer yourself, and receipts are typed in by hand, until the 1st of the next month. Nothing is ever charged extra.
Who owns my data?
You do. You can download everything at any time, and if you close your account we delete it. We only use it to run INAGRO for you.
Does the AI make decisions for me?
It works inside the rules you set: your prices, your hours and your approval limits. Anything outside them comes to you to decide.
